Billy Slater has been named in the Australian squad of 19.
Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and Manu Vatuvei have been named in the New Zealand squad of 19, as has Jason Nightingale, who is there to cover either if they cannot play.
Frank Pritchard will not play. His replacement will be either Alex Glenn or Greg Eastwood, both of whom are in the squad of 19.
