what does this, '1st kicker' '2nd kicker' mean? only 2 kickers get points...?

I like the introduction of nominated kickers and the captain. Makes it more of a challenge rather than just cramming in lots of kickers.
I assume that if you select a different nominated kicker or captain between rounds that it doesn't count as one of your fifty changes and that only removing and replacing a player/coach counts as one of your changes. Is that the case?

Yes. You have to pick a captain too and they get double points. It says so on the rules page |
