His Royal Highness Prince Charles met Greg Inglis, Greg Bird and Jamie Soward at Bondi in Sydney yesterday.
He asked questions about RL and the World Cup next year (amazing he even knew about it!).

The RFL ought to invite him to the Final of the World Cup to give the cup to the winners. It would be great publicity.
Also invite him to the opening double header at Cardiff, along with his two sons.
(Incidentally, I hope the BBC get the rights to televise the main WC events such as the double header opening and the final). |

Chris Joynt fomer Saints captain was an ambassador for the Princes Trust charity working with young people and has met Prince Charles on a few occassions.
Also Tim Jonkers, ex Saints, Leigh, Wigan and Salford works for the Princes Trust.

I'm with you on this one....he is briefed on who he's meeting and what they do.
as an aside, Get Prince Harry involved......you always see pictures of him and his elder half brother at Twickenham cheering. Get him into a bit of RL and then you might see more media coverage |
