| If the rumours are true and the Bulls made a permanent move to Valley Parade, what does this mean for Odsal? Personally, I think it's a great old stadium and would be sad if it were sold on for development.
6 months ago... “This arrangement is absolutely the right thing to do because it safeguards the future of one of the sport’s most famous stadia. Odsal is famous throughout the world and it would be a tragedy were the venue to be lost to the sport in the way that other evocative rugby league venues have already been lost."
Does this mean, hypothetically, that Internationals, CC semis, Champ & Champ 1 GF's, NRC finals, 9's finals, amateur/community game finals etc may be staged at Odsal from now on? The upkeep would have to be paid for somehow.
Would you fans (of all clubs) be happy having Odsal as our 'Wembley'?
(apologies if this is being discussed elsewhere)

| I voted no as it is the home of the bulls, It has been used for cup semi's & internationals but there are now better stadia all over the country. Why should we have to travel there for cup games amature finals ect when they can be taken round the country & to decent quality stadia.I am not anti Odsal I actualy like to watch rugby there but only when we play the bulls if they move out what is the point of saving the place? the money would be best spent promoting the game at all levels.

Makes more sense.
VP has small pitch, rubbish toilets, too far from motorway and is in a bad, high crime area.
i wouldn't fancy parking my car or walking around Manningham after dark.

I would imagine that all the memorials at VP for the victims of the fire tragedy would make it inconceivable that the council would allow VP to be demolished and redeveloped. Odsal has no such emotional barriers.

| If the RFL were to do anything with Odsal other than sell it off, it would need to be almost completely redeveloped. They couldn't, with any integrity, host showpiece games there. Kick the Bulls out, liquidate them and take the money would be the best bet. Then give 'Bradford Northern' playing out of Valley Parade a Super League licence instead. Winner winner chicken dinner.

| Take the sentiment out of the situation and use whichever ground offers the best facilities.
Of course neither set of fans would ideally like to move but, if playing at VP means that RL survives, its a no brainer.
Surely there are substantial savings to be had in sharing a ground, so just get on with it.
(it seems to work ok for Wigan and Hull !

Either that or a landfill.

| Fill it in and turn it into Farmland where you can keep Bulls & Bantams, it might then make some money for the RFL.

| Massive pie bake-off comp. Ramp up the undersoil heating and put some fans in it (not people, but blowy things)
20 weekly rounds.
Wigan would win that too.
