yeh an offside where a player is about 20cm in front of the ref is apparently far more worthy of a penalty than dragging a player to the ground by his neck according to Bentham!

For players like Westwood and O'Loughlin this is their stock tackle!! They don't tackle round the legs - they use the neck.

A high shot is dangerous but it is possible to do by accident you slip the player ducks etc its easy to catch someone high when you didn't mean too. Its very hard to do a true grapple tackle by accident, I.e being the 2nd or 3rd in and twisting the head to force the person to turn.

A true grapple is very dangerous forcing the head around is asking for injury and when it happens the person who did it won't be worried about a Redhall ban.

No it doesn't. It shows that he picked up a knock and shook it off like any rugby player does. Where did he ask for a penalty? Can you prove he was feigning injury or have you still got your blinkers on?
