the warriors v sea eagles was on channel 9 nationwide on sunday, is this going to be the case all season for the sunday game or was it a one off?didnt see it advertised anywhere and only caught last 5 mins as i was tuning in to the cricket final

It was shown in the UK on Premier Sports, telecast by Channel 9. You missed a cracker if you only caught the last 5 mins.

Think it was a one off, or one of only a few games they'll show live in Vic.
Once the Aussie Rules starts again (next week?) then it will be business as usual.

For a state with a successful team full of some of the games biggest stars, the coverage the game gets from Ch 9 here is a joke. Its just AFL overkill.

They look like they are going to show the Sunday game at a decent time in WA. This weekends Sunday game is on at 1pm. Lets see how long they keep it up!

this week we have a film from 1958 at 11.00 am and one from 1950 at 14.00..so much more important than nrl, if it was new stuff i wouldnt mind, but films from so long ago arent better for viewing figures than nrl footy

Channel 9 announces friday night and sunday arvo footy to be shown in VIC, SA and WA live on GEM, with the sunday footy show been shown before the sunday arvo game.

never seen the footy show.. so is that the same as the one on a thursday night?... great to be able to watch proper footy on a fri evening rather than the wifes tv choice lol..lol
