Recently been in a unique position of seeing a SSL (or ESL, whatever you prefer) game live being an Australian and a WCC.

Now I have seen Qld Cup, NYC, NSW Cup, NRL (including a packed Suncorp for Locky's last game and GF's), Origins and Tests live (by live I mean at the actually game not on tv)and will say that while our game in quality is slightly better (Wigan, Leeds and Warrington would easily make the NRL 8 - would have said Saints but aren't the same team with out Graham) but crowd wise you guys leave us for dead!

We are equivalent to a library compared to you guy's.

Please don't take this as an our game is better then yours, this is a massive to your crowds who make 23 000 (I think the WCC) louder then most NRL games.

FYI the loudest game I ever been to is Manly vs Melbourne 2008 Grand Final

Yes that's true. It's well known that our crowds can shake up you Ozzies when your teams travel over. Unfortunately, our coaches, especially at test match level, fail to use this 'extra man'.

I was at a test match some years back at Old Trafford which GB won for a change, and without a shadow of doubt it was the 50,000 + crowd that roared the GB team on to win that day.
