Surely as both he and the Roosters found out in 2010 he is when can get his head on it. Problem is once he's quit the booze for a while he thinks he's fine and hoes back on it when he should just accept drinking ain't for him
Such a shame to see such a talent being affected by his demons.
Maybe the players association could help individuals like him, Matt Cross and many others that need help, by offering professional assistance on a larger scale. It helps if the players are able to admit it to get treatment though. That is often the hardest step.
Not worth the gamble, can get you to a GF or can be a waste of $250k and damage your brand. it's a gamble and I guess for the hapless sharks any gamble may be deemed worth it!
Not seen much of him recently but like many people say he can go from getting you to Grand Finals to making a mockery of your club, but if they think they can help get his head back in the game, good luck to em!
Don't they have psychotherapists in Australia? He could address his problems with a professional if he wants so the questions is probably more does he want to change?
