Good pictures mate! I reckon the RFL will easily pass the 24,000 mark & hopefully fill the complete bottom tier then sell the top tier which will be shown on TV first.. I reckon 45,000 roundabout..

I'd agree with this. IMO, 40,000 plus = job done, 50,000 plus = great effort, 60,000 plus would be a roraring success.

I would imagine that the RFL were hoping that this offer would provide a base of at least 20,000 fans, hopefully they'll reach that by the end of Monday.

The beauty of these cheap tickets for Wembley is the bability to attract new people to the sport along for the "Wembley" factor. I'm going with 13 others, only 3 of which (me included) have any roots in RL.

15000 is an excellent start considering the tickets have only been on sale 3 weeks. Some pople won't have ordered theirs yet due not been paid their wage. Think the RFL are missing a real trick in no making it a permanent offer at £10.

We need this offer to work, if people dont go this time, and the international game carries on its decline we might never see england play at wembley again, £10 you cant go wrong, make a weekend of it down in London and with a 50000+ backing we could all witness some history in London. People make the trip for the CC final when its not even their team i really hope this works!!

i think that may be part of the problem though. many people always go to the CC final, so either people will have to choose one or the other or stump up the cash for yet more petrol/train tickets/hotels/a day or two of food and booze at london prices etc all within a few months of shelling it all out for the cup final. its a tall ask for many, especially in the current climate. £10 tickets are great, but really makes very little difference when you factor in the total expense of the day or weekend.
thats not to say i dont want it to work, just that its less than ideal for many people, financially speaking.

I used to go on the pop quite often in Stockholm - London prices seem cute by comparison!

If I went to Stockholm... I just wouldnt drink! And I polish off 3-4 litres of vodka a week
