Leeds have been going backwards since 2004 - Leeds were significantly better in 2008/10 than they were in 2006 & 2007 under Smith.
One thing is for sure if McClennan had stayed Leeds would be in a better place than they are now. |

I'd agree, if you want to win big games then he's a good choice, he's not so great at developing systems and the infrastructure at a club.
In my opinion he's far more suited to international rather than club management. |

McLennan may work well at the Warriors if he gets some good technical coaches in to support him.
