Where did you hear this? It should sell out with it being only Tuesday, but there are thousands of seats still available on Saints website.

Wigan have sold their allocation, but you can still buy plenty of tickets for their end on the website...

Some of Saints crowds this season have been p1ss poor so the capacity at that dump the Stobart,is just about right for the game.

Have you actually tried it? I can't see the stand holding any more than the 2,700 Wigan were allocated (breaking safety regulations as it is) and the online system doesn't actually select any seats when trying it.

Yeah I got to the confirm your order screen when trying it. The red seats are all available.

Actually, scratch that. When you select West stand after choosing another stand it doesn't update the picture. Doh. But there are still thousands of tickets left in the North and South stands for anyone still wanting to attend the game.

The difference is that this is a temporary home. It could have been moved if they wanted a huge crowd. Its a different situation if you are at your own stadium.

The Stobart is a dump. If you want to see a quality ground look no further than the Halliwell-Jones.

I don't know why Saints choose such an awful stadium to play in for a year.
