Great win for Crusaders yesterday, they have now won as many games as Hull KR, Bradford and Harlequins, with Wakefield and Salford only having one more win against their name.

Also it is great to see their Welsh internationals Lloyd White, Gil Dudson, Elliot Kear, Ben Flower, Jordan James and Gareth Thomas playing a big part for the Crusaders this year.

They and other teams need to get some run of matches together, i'm seeing too many cricket scores this year for my liking when all matches should be close done things really.

I wonder whether the "no relegation" is now showing that some matches just arent worth bothering about for some of the bottom 8 teams and instead use all their effort to try and get that 8th spot by beating those teams around them.

Just a thought.

kcab sfrawdder Luck is a combination of preparation and opportunity Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!:9005.jpg

That premise was still used with relegation , lower clubs admitted ' targeting ' their similar rivals even then , Karl Harrison admitted as much back in 2005

“You are playing a game of football this afternoon but more than that you are playing for England, and more even than that, you are playing for right versus wrong. You will win because you have to win. Don’t forget that message from home. England expects every one of you to do his duty.”:1230.gif

Results on the field don't matter, right?

Depends on how it suits the arguement, sometimes it does and other times not, something to do with town hall clocks and faces with the OP.

Ha ha, yeah right.

HKA have more Overseas players than Crusaders and are telling them they have done nothing to be proud of?

How many British International do HKA have?

Did you get rid of all the voices in your head? Do you now miss them and the things that they said?:

Yeah, I bet the crusaders thought why should they bother turning up against huddersfield. They were going to lose anyway right? This is one of the most rediculous posts i've seen in a while.

The Crusaders beat(well hammered) our good friends across the border, who were leading the league at the time. They have had a torrid time this year, and taken some well deserved beatings. With the injury to Lloyd white/mellars/withers/chan, Losing Hauraki to leeds and missing Cahill, Frank and Hanbury, we were at loose ends right from the start of the season. Now we have settled down a little bit, we should start playing like we did last year. At one point we were training with 17 players.

One stupid mistake from a kick-off cost us the chance at beating the mighty rhino's in the cup too.

Several stupid mistakes cost us, there were a fair few miss tackles before Cahill was forced to made his last ditch attempt to stop Burrow. Up until his red card Cahill was one of our better players.
