| I dont think he'll be able to save there season. Lack the strike out wide to put points on teams and still haven't sorted out who's best to partner Scotty Prince in the halves, it's Zillman ATM with Capewell at FB.
I think over the past couple of years they've been great at grinding teams down and winning close games but teams know now that if you get on a role and rack up a few points the Titans struggle to come back from it because they cant do it themselves. They really needed a good shake up of their roster IMO and that's exactly what there doing, Idris and Douglas are two great signings for them and Champion would be good aswell. Still think they need a quality 6, a hooker to replace the departing Friend and a top FB. Zillman isn't bad but he's nothing special.

With luck the Gold Coast will make the top 6.

Are yoy kidding Dally?
The Titans and Raiders have no chance IMO of making the top 6, i dont think they'll make the 8 any of them but certainly not top 6. I didn't fancy the Titans to do much this season anyway and Matt Rodgers has been a big loss, they've also been abit unlucky with injuries to Laffranchi, Minichiello and Harrison which are 3 of their best forwards.
Raiders are struggling big time, i fancied them this year but they've now lost 6 on the spin. Dugan being back is a big boost but they'll need more than him to turn there season around.

25% of the season gone and IMO opinion, round 8 will dictate if either club can turn their seasons around.
The Titans entertain the Roosters...both playing like lower half teams so far this season with similar points for and against. Roosters will be the slight underdogs here. Titans have played 1,2,3 & 4th place teams whilst Roosters have played 1 & 2 only.
I fancy the Roosters here and that's that for the Titans...they will be playing for 8th place if they don't win this one.
Roosters by 1 score IMO
Canbera host Wests and if the Green Machine don't get a good start and keep Benji quiet this could be the end of their season. I know they went on a brilliant run last year, but they weren't dead set last. Their only win to date is against the Sharks...who were terrible that day.
Wests by 3 scores IMO
Canbera won't make the 8....Titans might scrape it...but not on current form .IMO that is

I dont think either side will make the 8 but if one of them did i'd say Raiders, they've got the potential to win plenty of games on the spin as they proved last year. Just need Campese back along with Tongue and Dugan and they could win plenty of games IMO, Titans on the other hand dont look like a side capable of winning 2 on the trot to me. I thought before the season started they'd struggle because they haven't got points in them like other teams have.
On the Raiders for the weekend, the Tigers seem to have the beating of the Raiders everytime they play them. Certainly the past few years the Tigers have been winning every game. They beat them 3 times last year, one being the finals, and they've beaten them already this year. Tigers have plenty of injuries though so this could be a good time to play them.

Yes ! He will probably be forced out by the salary cap, with Idris and Douglas already signed,Champion to be announced in next few days, plus Boyd and Nate Myles being wooed by Searle,Laffranci wont be the only one being released, probably a season too late for some of them.
