The new USARL has been launched. Sounds like good news, but I'm getting confused now. AMNRL? NRLUS? Now USARL?
And, what happened to all that money, professionalism and big TV contracts for the roaming RL jamboree? Anyone know what's happening there now?

| Apparently there's been a bit of a rift in the American game. No idea what about, but something to do with some people opposig Nui I think.

Really??
That's not good. I thought Nui was a modern day legend of RL for his work spreading the good word.

| Quote: Chorlton RL "Really??
Whilst Nui is a legend for what he has done for the game in America, apparently clubs are fed up with not being given a democratic vote. It's become a bit of a Nui's way or the highway from what I've been hearing, and clubs think that a Board with a vote needs to run the league rather than one man.
This is only from what I've gathered from discussions on League Unlimited.
If this is true, then this could be a good thing in the long term. But it would have been better for the game as a whole if the AMNRL had just adopted this progress. If more than half the clubs have left, then you know there is a problem at the top. I have know idea what this means for the international team (which is worrying since we'd like to see them in the WC in 2013) or for the proposed full-time league, but I hope we get some more details soon.

The Axemen have a tendency of showing their games online don't they?

| Looks good. The names are soooo much better. Why someone with vision like that wasn't involved when SL was set up is beyond me.
St Helens Slayers
Warrington Warhammers
Castleford Axemen etc
D.C Slayers. Is there a cooler team to support? Do they have a website and a kit to order? I'm in if they do. I'll be their first celebrity supporter.

Puts every other SL club's to shame?! If Wakefield (similar colours to Jax) brought out that shirt, people would be complaining to high hell!

In comparison to SL it is a poor shirt, however as we all know shirt sponsors generate a lot of money for a club. Plus Jax's shirt is KooGa which may not help.

Well the RFL was trying to market the game as family entertainment where you would be away from football hooliganism.
