| i think he would move hull around the park more as i think long is done but hull are going to have to do something quick or this coming season could easily go like the last few with injurys to key players in the halves

[quote="The Reason":3e09qe5x]Hi Andy
The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

| Why are you so bothered about hull? And if you think Sammut can get anyone around the park you are mistaken, Witt does this for the crusaders.

Witt only played for half the season, Sammut had help from Hanbury, Scifcofske, Lupton and Withers.

Agreed. Witt is definately the man to guide Cru's around the pitch where as Sammut is the creative one. If Hull are looking for someone to direct them around the field, Sammut is definately not the man.

its just a discussion some thing to talk about other than slaging each others team off and it doesnt need people like you twisting it and back to the topic i think sammut is a very attacking player and would do hull a lot of good and i think he is the better player between him and witt but thats my opinion

Witt and Sammut only played 3 super league games together in 2010.

he's off the overseas quota but still counts as non-fed trained which is effectively same thing next year. you're allowed a total off 5 overseas quota and non-fed players in any combination as long as combined total doesnt exceed 5. doesnt affect hulls ability to sign sammut as they have a quota spot free, but he would take their last quota spot ( unless the mason/tongan thing means their 2 tonagan players no longer count on quota).

Never mind the tongan passport, Manu was named in the England squad.

Even so, with Witt gone, the Crusaders looked really out of sorts. Albeit with Sammut in the side there was that essence of un-predictability, but guidance around the field wasn't the greatest. Losing Sammut is a blow to Crusaders (presuming it will happen), Witt doesn't have that spark about him as much as Sammut does IMO (I'm sure someone will disagree with me there). So for me Crusaders are a far far better team with the pair of them playing together.

qualifying for an international game (and what a farce that is) has no bearing on SL quota RLs afaik. Be interesting to see how RFL handle widdop (trained in oz) should he ever come to SL. instant exemption for him I reckon.

| Sammut reminds me of Dennis Moran in his style of play. He's off the cuff and seems to have a licence to try anything he wants to at the crusaders regardless of field position or tackle count number. I remember Moran coming to ourselves and being expected to play to a structure and to try and lead us around the park and it was a disaster because it just wasn't his game.
I could see Sammut going the same way at Hull if they sign him and want him to play the role of steering the side around the field.
