also the GCs precarious finances will also be looked at.

Seriously though where are the NRL and what are they doing re salary cap monitoring. It seems unless osmeone blows the whistle they haven't got a frickin clue. The papers are reporting a number of CEO's have responded that there are 5 or 6 clubs involved in cap rorting that they know of.

Should be interesting to see how much weight they give any evidence presented by the builder fighting with the Titans. As I understand it, the man has been (at least) suspended by his association - the BSA (Builders Services Authority) in Queensland.

He has his own pending Court issues as far as I am aware...

I'm in the building game and he doesn't have much hope from what I hear around the traps.
