What would be the perfect Track to go with a pacy Super League montage i'm trying to put together?

One you own the copyright to (or have paid appropriate fees for)? The same goes for any game footage or pictures you might use.

Own the copyright to the footage and can arrange a fee for the track.

Ive made many videos, of rugby montages and of of video game footage and ive never owned the copyright or paid royalties. These have been hosted on youtube and have been able to be downloaded from megaupload/rapidshare and ive never had any come back.

Im not saying its right, but there are millions of videos around the world with copyrighted music on. The chances of you being caught are very slim and even then all you will have to do is remove the video.

Just go for it.

You might not have. RLFans has though. Hence why the AUP is very explicit on copyright theft, and links to it.
