| Defending with Peacock in the second row - where he'll be expected to deal with the likes of Slater, Hodges/Inglis and the halves running at him - is a disaster waiting to happen.
Poor lateral movement and lazy technique means he'll either get stood up or end up giving away penalties by grabbing high.

| Cant believe Westwood is in there again, but then again McGuire and Sinfield shouldnt be in there either.
Good to see Tomkins getting a go.
Carvell should be in this one instead of Westwood.

I personally think hes got better lateral movement than Burgess.
Id have Carvell in for Westwood but tbh he'd only be doing a similar jobs to what the 2 impact props will do anyway and he misses a lot of tackles.
Interesting team I'll say that

| Not sure I'm happy.
Cant see what everyone is raving about with Briscoe - young with potential yes but he has done absolutely nothing to date. IMO Fox would be a much better choice.
Happy that Tomkins is in as hes in a class of his own.
Dont like the fact that he has dropped Moore - big ask of Roby to play 80 minutes.
Think Crabtree will get smashed by the Aussie pack - would have preferred Carvell but only just.

I guess the logic here is that we have Morley, Graham, Burgess, Peacock and Crabtree in the 17 so essentially 5 possible props so we need a bit more mobility in Westwood
I would have had Carvell on the bench but I hope Crabtree goes well

scored 3 tries to now,. and hasnt done ANYTHING WRONG to warrant dropping him either. how are the young stars with potential meant to get experience without playing against teams like the kangaroos.

| I see 3 open areas to the try line for the aussies
Shenton, McGuire/Tomkins and Sinfield.
To counter that though Tomkins/Eastmond could cause the Aussies problems.
Sadly I can't see the Aussies allowing that, but I can see them running through the open areas.
One day however it WILL change.
Sadly as things are at present, that day will be long after my time on this planet.

Crabtree played Centre under Smith at Hudds..
Also has features at 2nd row as well as prop this year for Hudds.

46042.jpg [quote="Bonzo":23qz4bj5]Corrected.
Incidentally, an exclamation mark ends a sentence and does not require a full stop. The first letter of the next word begins a new sentence and should therefore be capitalised. [i:23qz4bj5]Who needs flankers[/i:23qz4bj5]' grammar was actually correct.
HTH.

| Im worried about the lack of a kicking game especially is Sinfield goes AWOL as he tends to do at international level. For me the half back partnership consists of 2 stand offs who have better running and passing skills than positional kicking skills. No 40 - 20s for us in this game!
I would prefer to have Burgess/Crabtree in the 2nd row to peacock (quicker feet) and rotate Graham from the bench for Morley and Peacock at prop.
