Our pack is the best in the competition imo but our backs are clearly no where the standard and killer instinct of the Aussies. The only way I can see England beating Australia is by Peacock and Mozza ruffintg them up and getting on the top of the Australian pack.

Sadly that is not true.

That pack was beaten by Australia, New Zealand (twice) and struggled v PNG in last years World cup.

It was better v the Welsh part timers, but in all honesty was second best for much of the game against the French last week until they had to use their weak bench.

Is that the actual team or just your opinion mate?

I hope its just your opinion as a team without Burgess is a huge blow to our pack.

While the pack may have been beaten by NZ and Aus in RLWC08, and it certainly isn't the best in the competition, it is the best aspect of our squad and one of our limited strengths against the top two.

I agree. Am I the only one who thinks Morley isn't up to international standard any more. He tires too quickly. Of course he will do the odd big hit but doesn't do enough.
