Considering the current state of the construction industry anything is possible and planning permission should be a walk through IF the desire is there. |

The money is there, the land is there (just off Junction 30 of the m62), detailed designs are being drawn up as we speak, pp will be submited by nov.
Sir Rodney Walker & co (that includes you TRB) are doing our region proud & will be given the freedom of the city WHEN this comes off.
The council have no finacial role in this & will be even happier to rubber stamp this if Cas have come cap in hand, as some have heard, behind their fans backs. If this is the case Richard Wright will swing for this, mark my words |

Our region can EASILY support 2 GOOD SL sides, to any doubters take a look at the youth leagues. They don't call it the golden triangle for nothing.
Why does it matter if we share a ground? With the facilities being right both clubs wouldnt have a problem selling themselves to sponosors & investors as well as fans & if both youth teams come to fruition in a few years you could be looking at Wakefield Vs Cas CC Finals & Grand Finals, not relegation scraps!
