It's a sensible amount.
Lets face it, 12k is something for wakey to aim for - and realistically.
A 20k capacity ground would feel empty most of the time.

Warrington (off the feild at least) have been transformed by their 12000 capacity stadium, its a sensilble size and will give plenty of atmosphere. Good luck
