One thing about the Wakey Satdium is that it was planned and all the costs factored in during this present financial downturn. The developer involved is first rate and has a terrific track record. For this reason I would suggest
that it has a very good chance that it will happen were as other pending projects may fail.

12k If perfect for the club and if (which I am more than confient it will) the support base goes up then they will think about extending. No point in getting one that is too big for us and have it half empty, when it is full or near full the atmosphere will be fantastic!

Just done some research into the ADO stadium, the one pictured above.
It belongs to ADO Den Haag, a Dutch premier football team, it holds 15,000 (slightly more than were looking at, but could be easily reshaped by cutting 1500 seats from each of the touchline stands).
It Cost 28M Euro's when it was constructed in 2007, thats aprox 24.6M Sterling, although i think when Sir Rodney gets final confirmation of the allocation of funds he will be able to get it done a good deal cheaper at present market climate. Builders are crawling over there mothers for work.
The ADO Stadium only took 18 months to build too, so if we get cracking by Nov next year could well be our last at BV!
