Player intentionally has a jab at the Wakefield player and as such is guilty of misconduct; however the Panel are giving him the benefit of the doubt that contact with the eye is accidental and as such consider that it is appropriate to deal with this matter by way of a caution
I find our disciplinary system funny.'"
Absolute cack !!!!!
If burger king had of accidently hit him and stosic subsequently got a black eye, no one would bat an eye lid
But this has resulted in our prop suffering a broken cheekbone fractured eye socket (iirc) so the force ommited from KC must have been alot and sufficent to cause such injuries. And therefore burger kings actions werent accidental.
What a load of bull, dosent bother wakefield as a team we dont play st's again anytime soon, and st's play some of our rivals for top6 and of course is now on hand to beat huddersfield.
But its the disciplinary procedure as a whole in the NRL KC would have never got away with this, and maybe small club syndrome coming out here but if tevita leo-latu had done it, im sure he wouldnt have got off with a caution.
Another decision the RFL got wrong.
