You could also argue we helped produce Richard Whiting, after signing him as a 19 year old and is now in his 8th season with us and is a first team regular. |

FC need a back up half who can maybe do a job rotating at 9 with Houghton. Whilst Sammut is a cracking player, I would much rather we signed Moore for the longer term.
Sammut would only be a stop gap, as has been said, he'll be back to Oz soon enough.

That's very good.
Now if we can get other clubs to do the same, the game in this country may get to the stage where we can take on the Aussies and beat them. |

Interesting that the paper has no actual facts just sources and what the paper 'understands' with a large mix of assumptions and suppositions, reads to me as the usual newspaper rubbish when sports stories are getting hard to come by. |

although having said that you could argue that taking the very cream of English talent and putting them 3 or 4 players in a team of 12 or 13 class NRL talent will in fact bare more fruit for England than having a team of 3 or 4 top talent, another 12 very avg English talent and 3 or 4 NRl talent. Isn;t that why we are happy to see our cream of the crop signing for NRL clubs as we think they will learn more in a greater intensity league? |
