What's really weird is that there seems to be very little concept of loyalty at all within the NRL playing ranks. Very few talk about anything but money it seems.

The Game will survive and I honestly believe that the NRL saying little or nothing is better than gnashing teeth in public......let the players who want to go, go.......most will be back. The game is different from union and the AFL and as history points to....cross code movement works vary rarely.....as I said, the game will survive.

We have to get a grip on this before it becomes an exodus.WTF is going on in RL in Aus.

If the likes of Hunt,Folau are going to AFL what is going to stop the likes of Inglis,Slater,Hayne or whoever going to that game FFS.

your right, RL has proved to be a resilient beast over the last century! For me its not about whether it will die or not, obviously it won't but about will it grow to be a national sport, will it be the countries No1 footy code, will it ever get its 5h1t together?

we beat AFL by 60 million viewers on TV which makes up for the crowd difference in their favour.

and this excludes the tv ratings of new zealand.
