Let's be fair here - given the things I hear on the terraces and on TV week in week out at all matches, there isn't a single club that adheres to the RFL Respect Policy. The statement from the club seems to suggest that preventative actions were taken. I suppose it's still a great opportunity for the large number of Cas bashers around here to jump on the bandwagon though eh? Maybe we should adopt a stance of "Nobody likes us and we don't care".

True, but at least we, in the RFL, have shown this is going to be taken seriously, such as signing up to the Stonewall initiative and other club-led programmes. Completely different I know, but shouldn't we, as a sport which was ostracised for the best part of 100 years, be more tolerant to others?

we should, and the RFL deserve congratulating for going out of their way to link up with Stonewall and the other programmes, before this became an issue. They have been very pro-active and we should be proud of that. They should also be congratulated on their strong stance over this issue.
