How are the Exiles in this? This is why we haven't won an international tournament for for so long. We play well for 50 mins then switch off. The exiles have offered nothing all game.

I would be fuming if I was McNamara. A 5 minute lapse in concentration will cost you a game against the Aussies. We have to play for 80 minutes consistently against all teams.

FWIW, I expect that the WC match at the KC will likely be on of the best attended group stage matches. I doubt it will sell out.

Anyone. This game isn't a higher standard than an average SL match, so the opposition is irrelevant. At least playing against legitimate national sides would provide more interest and help international development.

There are no other National teams on this side of the hemisphere that England wouldn't smash, making it meaningless. At least the Exiles are competitive.
