This thread is embarrassing.
The Rovers troll that has started it must feel like a right t*t now after his own side getting beat by a team on the same amount of points straight after, which I'm guessing was the whole point of his fishing exercise.
As for the people that have jumped on the O'Meley bandwagon, let's get a grip, eh?
And "there wasn't any pressure"? If there was no pressure, how did he get poked in the eye? Surely it wouldn't have been a poke if there was no pressure? Not questioning whether it was intentional or not, but there was pressure otherwise it wouldn't have bloody affected him!

Watching it again on Sky I would have said that Parker's right hand was coming up to try and ensure pressure on the ball, to stop Long from off-loading. If you watch it at full speed there is very little chance that it was intentional. It happened in a split-second. Super-slow motion can be deceptive and I'll be very surprised if any other decision was made.
