Well, 2 decent efforts to start off with, can’t fault either of em. I like that Trinity’s shirt has a collar - top marks for that one. I’m dreading what rubbish XBlades are gonna palm off onto us this year again though!

Not keen myself

I like both of the kits revealed so far. Nice traditional shirts, always my favourites. I'm hoping wire follow suit.

The players version of the Trinity kit won't have the collar, just the replica, but I like it. It does look like the GB shirt, but it commemorates club legend Harold Poynton and the 1963 Wembley shirt, who died recently, so good reasoning behind it.

Like the Hull strip, although I did think "Widnes" when I saw it.

No X Blades for Cas this year. It will be Oxen.
However, it’s the same company with a different name. They bought the X Blades brand name in 2017 but have ended that contract to start up their own brand.

Nobody is denying it looks very similar



The point being made is that it does have a historical tradition at Trinity and that's why it was done.

At the end of the day, GB and Trinity play in RWB and both use the chevron so similarities are inevitable. Salford often play all in red, does that make them a Wales rip off? No.

The design is pretty much the same as the GB one though. Wales and Salford may both be red but different designs. Cant remember who made the first comment but he said "t should stop people saying it looks like a GB shirt."...… I was just saying but it does. Correct.

Cas have gone with their own brand, manufactured by the old Xblades team by the looks:

Quite like the Yellow one, can see that being popular, that orange hi viz vest one is awful.

Agreed. Don't know why they persist with it. The black away kit is quite decent.

Suprised they have released all 3 at the same time though.

Because the incompetent commercial team saw that Orange sold better....Ignoring that it was also the best season the team had in a decade. The CBR engineering logo blending in a bit with Amber might have something to do with it too.

The Amber one comes out a month later but I'd be surprised if it isn't the best selling one by a decent distance.

Why three kits?

The orange one seems surplus to requirements but the other two look fine, especially the amber one which is almost traditional.

That said amber, black and a bit of white are good strong colours, why Cas get it so wrong so often baffles me, as it must their fans.

Also that logo in between GMB looks very similar to Comedy Central.

just about sums up our kits. Don't rate them at all. Will stick with. The polo's again next year.
