If this is true then HKA should call his bluff. The Eels have a few bob available and might take a risk on him....but I can't see too many other NRL clubs chomping at the bit to get him signed. If HKA rip up his contract he may find himself on a building site by March.....(not Salford, Wakey of Cas BTW) |

Oh, and re Wakefield, IMO the RFL should give them some huge financial support like they've done with Fulcrubronquins Experiment for so many years.  I'd keep Wakey in (with them been a real club) and kick Fulcrubronquins Experiment out on principle.  |

Isn't Rhys Hanbury and Frank Winterstein Australian? Willie is Tongan and had his passport approved early Jan didn't he? Does he even need a Visa for the Kolpak Agreement? |

...strange that Mason, amongst other Aussie players waiting to get in, are having trouble with getting working visas.
Surely the fact that he has a Job offer, the pedigree/experience to carry out this job and has not taken the place of a same qualified UK resident or of anyone else who could maybe learn to do the job should mean his visa should have been issued immediately......  |
