I think it is a good move going to 12K capacity. Im guessing that it will be fully enclosed like the keepmoat is because i feel that would be ideal as it is a very nice stadium. (Maybe you should jus try and move it from doncatser and change the seat colours.
Would wakey fans prefer to have a part of the ground for terracing or are you happy with fully seated?

All things considered I think 12K is about right for Wakey aslong as they forward plan to be able to increase without to much trouble or cost should they need to.

Not particularly ambitious and doesn't leave a huge amount of room for a club in a league aiming for a 10k average minimum
Saying that it's better than nothing if it comes off, but we have been here before and ended up no further forward,
