Today's game was very much the polar opposite of Leigh's CC match at Wakefield.

In that game Wakefield spent the first half playing it tight sticking to good processes and operating at something like SL level. Leigh couldn't cope with it and made errors time and time again. In the second half Leigh got a roll on and were allowed to play their expansive game leading to lots of points out wide and some good try's.

When HKR decided to look after the ball and challenge Leigh's ability to go set for set at a higher pace they found them out.

Good publicity for the sport just never ends from Leigh.

What an absolute idiot. Leigh might be a full time club but they're not a professional club. It's like a pathetic amateur club response.

The guy is a first class a-hole. Responsible for much of the unpopularity of Leigh RLFC around the Rugby League club circuit.
