Well my post was referring to a 30 year period (as the original poster asked for) since both of our teams were decent in the mid-80s as I said and in that time you lot were relegated in 89 was it? I think promoted the year after and went back down a couple years after that and then back up in 2006 so yeah up and down. We were as well but I didn't say we weren't so yeah I might be a lunatic but I don't just say stuff without any basis whatsoever.

If you don't think that a few relegations and promotions constitute up and down then I'm not the one in cloud cuckoo land. KR were in the third division in the late 90s (was it 96/97? Might be wrong) so you weren't relegated to get into that division which is DOWN and then promoted which is UP? Duh!
