I Think flower would still have walked for the first punch if I'm honest, at least for 10. But he had ample time to pull out of the second one and on rewatching it this morning it doesn't get any better, it was sickening.

None of the build up excuses his actions, from my point of view I think Flower actually did start it, LH seemed to get in his way and flower hit him on the back of the head.

I'm so glad Wigan lost last night, I'm not a fan of Wanes way of coaching nor am I a fan of how wigan play, so I was chuffed for Saints and their supporters, Wigan are lucky St's didn't have any half backs as they would have taken a hammering IMO.
