huddersfield have had alot more than just competitive seasons... wasnt long ago we were a permanent top 4 team in super league, won the LLS, semi final play offs and two challenge cup finals (yep all lost but wakefield can only dream of that) .Dropped away past two years from this but slowly working our way back now after abit of a rebuilding phase and injury hit seasons

So why is he here then - you have to ask when big name players leave the doller rich NRL - what's wrong with him?

It's strange as he signed a contract extension in April as well.

Brisbane has some good 3/4s though - Kahu, Oates (although he's crocked and will probably move into the forwards), Roberts, Moga and Boyd and he's older than them all except Boyd.

Suspect they want to use his salary for a signing in another position. Apparently they want Walmsley but won't happen until 2019.
