Thats because you are British.
You see Dally....us Aussies often use words and phrases like 'Bonza' 'Flat out like a lizard drinking' 'Dunny' Rooted' 'Carked' 'Troppo' etc etc........in a sort of 'p*ss take' type way....in other words thats the way the rest of the world percieve us to talk....so we talk that way for a bit of a laugh amongst ourselves.
