The likes of Leeds, Wigan and Saints have won trophies and still not got 'respect' from plenty of fans on here of other clubs (us big clubs seemingly only ever win games because refs bottle it and give us all the calls and we have the RFL in our back pockets).......so those fans can hardly cry about getting 'respect' for having one good weekend.

This is why Widnes dont get what you ask for. They cant back up wins and put on big runs. Yeh it was a tough game at Salford but a winnable one.

Let ourselves down with not converting pressure into points. But Salford are a good side this year and defended very well first half so nothing to be ashamed of. Better teams than us will lose there as well this year.

True. Saints already have and im sure many more will. Think Salford have realised what Cas realised 3 year ago. Building a team of good players is better than having a couple of class individuals who try doing everything theirselves.
