How can you plead guilty to a Grade F charge and then get it downgraded. Should’ve been 8 games min.

Does seem a strange one. As has been said, it's a grade F offence and by all means take in to account previous good record but don't downgrade it AND then take that in to account. It's like he's got a double discount.

Business has been slow down at the disciplinary, maybe their trying to encourage more "traffic"
