There are laws against bullying & discrimination, which ginger chants fall into both, and did Leeds try and stop it? you can't answer that one can you? the RFL have set the bar now and they have to do it for every club, Leeds did nothing to try and stop it, that is now a fine based on what happened this week.

Cas were not fined for the homophobic chanting, they were fined for failing to stop it. Leeds did not stop offensive chanting, so under the same interpretation, that is a fine because Leeds FAILED TO CONTROL THE CROWD, that is what the fine should be for, NOT THE CHANTING.

What bothers me about your argument Smokey is that you are quite vociferous in your condemnation of one form of prejudice and merely dismiss the notion that other forms of prejudice exist.
