That's what my first thought was. The sentence doesn't seem to fit the offences at all. I wonder what was the reasoning behind it. |

No, he's not saying that, and you know he isn't.
What he's saying is that in America he wouldn't have had 6 chances of being tasered. He'd have been shot as soon as the police realised he was an animal and was going to be extremely challenging to arrest. |
