If you mean RLCN then don't be stupid, if you mean NCL then several clubs would be good enough, but promotion wouldn't work due to different seasons, they'd need to try persuade some suitable clubs to switch

Yes I meant the NCL.

Obviously a good enough one to be given millions in grants. Pretty sure if they were seen to be fixing matches then this would not be the case.

What BARLA clubs have the facilities and the infrastructure to step up, out of interest?

Could do with a lower-league club in the East Yorkshire area. Players that aren't good enough for SL or not quite ready or been missed by SL scouts have to go to at least Fev to carry on their trade. Players may be lost to the game.

Actually, players that aren't good enough for SL regularly turn out at the KC so there's not much point!
