That's not correct. I've always classed them as a heartlands type club.
A Perpignan club was merged from two - XIII Catalan and Saint Estève. These have forever and a day been asscociated with Rugby League in my mind. I don't need any notion of Catalans success to slot that into my admittedly tiny brain.
It's easy to make sweeping generalisations though isn't it?
(and as it happens - and i've said it before - The RFL should take a punt on Toulouse in SL in 2012. I'm not afraid to say that and i don't fit into Dally's pathetic categorisations either). |

Now things like that are not allowed , i pointed out that the same thing had happened to me in both Bridgend and Toulouse in recent years and was told by some on here that I was lying  |
