| I hope so for the sake of the sport's credibility and the good of the game in Wales! Only time will tell but I don't think it'll work out brilliantly just yet...

| Quote Leyther_Matt="Leyther_Matt"If they're relying on Leeds taking 4,000 then I think they're going to be sadly mistaken. Outside of local derbies, away support in RL is on the whole pretty abysmal as percentages of home crowds, bar a couple of exceptions.'"
got to agree, nobody apart from HullKR has ever taken over 4,000 to the KC, and Hull is just about as far away from most SL clubs as Wrexham is.
the only teams who have ever brought 3,000 to Hull are Wigan a few times, and Bradford, Wakefield and Warrington did on 1 occasion each.

| Quote Captain Library="Captain Library"Even when watching Crusaders??
'" I thought Crusaders played some entertaining footy last year. Their defence was what let them down generally, and the all-important 'final pass' to turn chances into tries. However, I don't expect wendyball fans to be turned on to RL easily: they are simply too brain-washed into believing what everyone tells them about '[ithe beautiful game[/i'.

| Not sure how relevant this is, but it seems that the Wrexham ANZACS are not even the same team legally.
A bloke on the SW Scorps website has found that Celtic Crusaders Limited is being / has been wound up and a new company formed with the name Wrexham Crusaders Limited and a new company number.
So it seems that the only thing the Wrexham Crusaders (THEIR name, not my dig) have in common with the late lamented (by me) CELTIC Crusaders is half a dozen players, half a dozen supporters and Mike fakking Turner.
As such it seems odd to me that the WC were given the franchise previously awarded to the CC, without even having to apply.

Out of interest will that affect the creditors of Celtic Crusaders ltd?

| One would think so. Looks like THIS is how Moss managed to "take on" (IE abandon) the debts of Samuel's CELTIC Crusaders

Surely not even the RFL would be hard faced enough to pull off a stunt like that.
Would they?
