Wigan, Saints, Leeds and Hull are important, and they should have more of a say than Wakefield, Salford etc. But with an RFL structure, I suppose it may be more of a SL takeover of the RFL. I'm okay with a licensing system, suppose that's the best thing for RL, if Oz don't have promotion and relegation in RL how on earth do we have it in England! Dear me.
And a RLWC tournament? Please, no, there are only three international teams who are good, I'm not including Tonga as none of their players, it seems, were brought up there, they weren't even born there either. As I've said b4, have a WC over a few years as it was in 1989-1992; where England, NZ, Oz, France and PNG play each other home and away over three years. Top two qualify for the final. The 1992 WC Final was okay wasn't it?
