Would the salary cap not have been democratically voted in by the clubs?
And at the time it was voted in clubs like Salford would more than likely have voted in favour as it suited them would they not?
I don't know if your a Salford fan or not?
For the record whilst I understand the reasoning for a salary cap, it has done nothing to improve the competition.
