The RFL are implicated as they advised the club and players to use ileagal visa's, that is if you believe the players, there is no proof, just what they say
The RFL will just keep quiet and hope it all gets forgotten , if they comment on it, they would end up having to answer questions on it, something they will want to avoid at all costs
