we need to make sure that the world cup games are played in front of full stadiums and if that means lots of ticket offers like £10 for adults and £5 for kids or £20 for 2 adults and 2 kids then lets do it.
kick the tournement of with a double header at wembley england vs aus and kiwi vs france with games mostly in the heartlands but a few games in places like coventry, bristol, south wales ect where grass roots rugby is been done and champiosnhip teams are on the horizion

I still think they should have let France play games at home and had it as the Anglo-French World Cup. They packed grounds out in the European Cup, and they'd be more competitive at home.

The two 2013 World Cup qualifiers will be confirmed at the end of this month. That will give them just under two years to sell the games to the British and Irish public.

When you say free are you including competitions? Wigan used to give away a couple hundred free tickets to local schools but that stopped a while back.

They give out free tickets to scholarship players and Wigan ref society etc but yeah they stopped free school tickets a couple of years ago.

Very few. Unless it's something as big as the FA Cup Final, The Open, Wimbledon or British GP I think every event gives free tickets away. Although I do understand Catalancs point.
