Jim Fallon on Tuigamala - Inga goes at him like a steam train from 5 yards out and Fallon takes him ball and all to stop a 'certain try'
Moz on 'Spud Carroll - Moz cuts Spud in half with a textbook block tackle, Spud disappeared back to Oz with what was left of his tail between his legs!

Not a tackle in the strictest sense but because of what it meant at the time to me (and thousands of other Leeds fans), Ryan Sheridan's ball steal on Danny Peacock in the 99 Cup Semi Final, turned the game very close to half time and Leeds went on to Wembley

Don't know about the best, but the worst was Shaun Edwards on Mal Meninga at Central Park, it looked like a lad on his dads back.

The Gary Connolly one on Domic is on youtube under "top tackle" From the camera angle, it looks like he comes from nowhere.

Craig Richards (Bradford Northern) on Kelvin Skerret (Wigan RL) 1990, Odsal Stadium, Stones Bitter Championship, Richards knocked him into orbit! plus we beat the pies by 1 point in 61, cracking game!

Just watched it. And even back then Stevo’s commentary was as bad as it is now – instead of praising the great tackle he says of Domic ‘he’s bombed it, I have never seen anything as bad as that from an experienced player’ (as he didn’t pass to the inside man)

I wish we had commentators who talked up the game
