I'm trying to get tickets but without going on an official tour, it's proving difficult - RFL have e-mailed and said they won't be selling tickets and therefore purchase via an Australian outlet but can't find any on sale yet |

Try e-mailing the ARL, they should be able to tell you when they are going on sale. Usually in Australia rugby league tickets are sold through [urlhttp://www.ticketek.com.au[/url, but theres nothing for the 4 nations yet.

Im stopping on the Gold Coast from 8.11-15.11. Ill be catching the train into Brisbane on the Saturday morning but with that kickoff time I dont think im going to able to make the last train back to the gold coast. How much is a taxi or is there a greyhound bus? |

i stayed in surfers and caught the train for the RLWC final...iirc the last train is about 11pm...maybe later..

public transport was free on match days for Brisbane and gold coast (they didnt tell me that when i bought my return to skilled park) i think this is a regular thing not just for the world cup
the airport train doesnt count as its run by another company

thats something we could learn from the aussies...free transport on matchday...though i migh add,for those staying in surfers,broadbeach...etc..the bus from town to the train station is'nt free with a match ticket
