I know PNG earned a place in the next 4 Nations, but do you think that France should get 1 last chance or even another nation should have a shot at the worlds 3 best teams?

no disrespect to eather nations but i dont think they will end higher than the the other 3 nations

Last year France lost every match in the WC. This year they ran England clost and competed with every other side for 40-60 min. They are improving much faster than England and could catch them up in the next 2-4 years.
PNG have been starved of compettitive games, but the 4N and pacific cup will see them with lots of matches. Expect them to be serious contenders in 3-5 years.

I think it's silly to say "It won't happen", if it does, that's the time to think to expand the competition.

PPSSTT......england nilled france in the 2nd half,nilled australia in the 2nd half,beat the world champions and where beating the aussies in the final around the hour mark..


but yeah other than that we are crap...a way,way distant 3rd in the world and look like slipping down to 4th,5th or even 6th...if we are'nt lucky..

I'd like to see PNG play a couple of games during 2010 to get ready for the 4 nations.

its not looking likely..

looks like NZ will get all their home games plus england v PNG & australia get 2 home games plus the final.
